Following our long-term cooperation with Sportradar and Laola1.tv on sports productions in Austria, PLAYO Production became a regular broadcast production provider for the win2day Basketball Superliga in the 2022/23 season.
Over three consecutive seasons, from 2022/2023 through 2024/2025, we provided live multi-camera coverage of Basketball Superliga games across Austria. Productions took place almost every week at venues throughout the country, including Vienna, Kapfenberg, Wels, Graz, Klosterneuburg, St. Pölten and other locations.
PLAYO Production provided the complete on-site broadcast workflow, including camera production, live directing, instant replay, graphics, audio and delivery of the final programme feed. Broadcast signals were distributed to online platforms as well as to ORF television.
As part of the production, we also provided the official video review system used during the games.
Producing the league over three full seasons required a highly flexible mobile production setup, allowing our crews and equipment to operate reliably at different venues throughout Austria on an almost weekly basis.
