EMF EURO 2022 brought together 24 national teams from across Europe for eight days of international minifootball at the Steel Arena in Košice, Slovakia.
The championship marked another chapter in PLAYO Production’s cooperation with the European Minifootball Federation. Following our previous work on EMF EURO 2017 in Brno, we were invited back to provide the live broadcast production for the 2022 European Championship in Košice.
Originally planned for 2021, the tournament was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and finally took place in June 2022.
PLAYO Production provided live multi-camera coverage throughout the championship, from the opening group-stage matches through to the knockout rounds and the final. Over eight consecutive days, our production team delivered the complete broadcast operation directly from the Steel Arena.
With 24 national teams, a packed match schedule and continuous production across the entire tournament, EMF EURO 2022 was another major international championship successfully delivered by our team and continued our long-term cooperation with the European Minifootball Federation.
