The EMF EURO 2024 brought together 24 national teams for eight days of international minifootball in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The championship took place at the Mirza Delibašić Hall within the Skenderija Cultural and Sports Centre.
PLAYO Production was responsible for the complete live broadcast production of the championship, continuing our long-standing cooperation with the European Minifootball Federation following EMF EURO 2017 in Brno and EMF EURO 2022 in Košice.
Throughout the tournament, our team provided multi-camera coverage of a demanding schedule, with numerous matches taking place consecutively each day, from the opening group stage through to the final.
The camera setup included a camera crane, providing dynamic elevated shots of the playing field and arena atmosphere. The production also featured eight commentary positions for different national television broadcasters, allowing international TV partners to provide their own commentary for their respective audiences.
Our broadcast workflow included live directing, instant replay, television graphics, audio production and delivery of the final international programme feed. The signal was handed over to the SNG unit for satellite transmission and international distribution.
EMF EURO 2024 represented another major international championship delivered by PLAYO Production, combining intensive multi-day live production, dedicated facilities for international broadcasters and satellite transmission requirements.
